CLUSTER MANAGER

ï‚· Scope: Oversees multiple branches/stores within an assigned region or cluster; willing to
travel as required
📌 Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Branch Operations Oversight
o Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple branches to ensure consistency,
efficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
o Implement and standardize operational practices across the cluster to ensure service
quality and operational excellence.
2. Performance Management
o Monitor and evaluate individual branch performance, ensuring achievement of sales
targets, operational KPIs, and customer service standards.
o Identify underperforming branches and implement improvement plans.
3. Leadership and Staff Development
o Provide leadership and direction to Branch Operations Heads within the cluster.
o Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions for branch leaders
and staff.
o Support recruitment and talent development within assigned branches.
4. Customer Experience and Relationship Building
o Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across all branches.
o Handle escalated customer concerns or critical service issues from any branch within the
cluster.
o Build partnerships and foster local community relationships when needed.
5. Sales and Business Growth
o Assist in the development and execution of regional sales strategies.
o Support branches in driving promotional campaigns, cross-selling initiatives, and
revenue-generating activities.
o Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
6. Reporting and Analytics
o Consolidate and analyze operational and financial reports from all branches under
management.
o Present regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
7. Compliance and Audit Readiness
o Ensure that all branches comply with internal policies, government regulations, and
industry standards.
o Lead internal audits and prepare corrective action plans when required.
8. Facilities and Asset Management
o Ensure branches are maintained in good condition and that all equipment, tools, and
systems are functional.
o Coordinate large-scale maintenance, renovation, or upgrade projects across the cluster.
Qualifications
ï‚· Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
 With 3–5 years of managerial experience, preferably overseeing multiple locations or teams
ï‚· Willing to travel frequently to different branches within the assigned cluster
ï‚· Able to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to render overtime when
required
ï‚· Strong background in operations management, leadership, and strategic planning
ï‚· Proven skills in team development, performance monitoring, and problem resolution
ï‚· Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
ï‚· Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools
