Maintenance Program Development
The Farm Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance program that includes preventive maintenance, spare parts management, power supply coordination, and strategic planning. They will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure availability of materials, spare parts, and supplies for operating equipment, maintenance, repair, reconditioning, and project requirements.
