BROKERS NETWORK ASSOCIATE -ILG BASED
TERRITORY SALES PLANNING & INVENTORY FORECAST
Forecast periodic Sales Targets per Project over Sales Cycle Period
Forecast Inventory Augmentation & Sellout inline w/ Project turn-over period
EXECUTING TERRITORY SALES PLANS
Implement Sales Coverage Plans with assigned Accounts
Implementing Strategic Programs with Measurable Output & Timelines
Implement Sales Metrics, Performance Monitoring & Operational Controls
CONCEPTUALIZE,IMPLEMENT SALES STRATEGIES & TACTICAL PROGRAMS/PROMOS
Implement Sales Programs & Promos for Launching Events
Implement Short-Term & Long-Term Tactical Activities
Evaluate & Monitor Running Sales Programs/Promos
Coordinate for Agent Accreditation & Sales Training with Realty Accounts
BUILD & MAINTAIN SALES PARTNER RELATIONSHIP
Establish good Relationship with Assigned Realty Accounts
Maintain close coordination with Developing Accounts
Continue to build productive Accounts
DEVELOP & GROW SALES PARTNER BUSINESS
Identify the challenges & concerns of Selling Agents
Conduct Alignment Meeting with Realties & collaborate for actionable items
SHOWCASE SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Create a Culture of Superior customer service for the Brokers Network
Readily Assist/Address Account concerns and proposals
Adopt an open communication & feedback policy for process improvement
PROMOTE/REINFORCE SALES RESERVATION PROCESS & PAYMENT PLATFORMS
Continuously Promote & Safeguard established Processes & Policies
Provide Online Chat support for Technical & Reservation related inquiries
Cascade & Reinforce Advisory on available Payment Methods/Platforms
Coordinate for new Inventory, Pricing updates & Financing Terms
DATA ANALYTICS & MARKET READING
Provide Timely Feedback & Analysis on Selling Factors & Market Trends
Conduct regular Competitor Trade check
