PETRONAS Energy Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Business Operations Excellence Director to lead the development and implementation of business operations excellence initiatives across sales teams.
• *Key Deliverables**
• Develop and refine excellence methodologies, frameworks, and tools to align with business strategies.
• Lead marketing initiatives from conceptualization to execution, ensuring reach, growth, and profitability.
• Oversee visual merchandising, sales promotions, advertising, and campaign asset execution.
• Ensure campaigns are effectively implemented in coordination with relevant teams.
• *Requirements**
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration or operations management.
• More than 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, operations, and/or customer service.
• Experience in SAP, process mapping, analysis, and improvement.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Customer-service and solution-oriented mindset.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
