Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Channel Development Manager at Cosmetique Asia Corporation. The Channel Development Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, implements business strategies by planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the performance of the Distributor and its Field Sales to achieve the goals and objectives set by the company.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience with similar position
• Proficient in using MS Programs (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a valid driver’s license.
• Relevant experience in FMCG or personal care industry is a plus.
• Preferably based in Iligan City.
