Job description

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with offices regarding processing, application, and/or renewal of permits and licenses.
• Preparing and managing said applications, renewals, and other necessary files.
• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Creates and proofreads documents.
• Minimal ad-hoc tasks (visiting and/or communicating with people from regional offices)
• Can be assigned with legal 
documents.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
• Multi-tasking aptitude and excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Can work in a team and individually with minimal supervision
• Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks
• Adaptable and flexible in handling tasks and responsibilities
• A good team player who is adaptable and has the initiative
• Must be willing to work in Iligan City (residing in the Iligan City area is an advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php11,500.00 – Php12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Iligan City 9200 P10: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
• office staff: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 03/03/2025
