About the Position
Golden Haven, Inc. is seeking an experienced Credit and Collections Staff member to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying collection opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts to ensure timely payments
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce collection risks
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
Requirements:

• Proven experience in credit and collections
