JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible for the efficient and safe mechanical operations of D/G sets and its immediate mechanical equipment. He is also responsible for the availability of quality operating media in the D/G. He has the authority to troubleshoot mechanical abnormalities during the shift and initiate remedial measures to prevent unnecessary downtime and to initiate, recommend or provide solution to non-conformances through designated downtime and to initiate, recommend or provide solution to non-conformances through designated channels, work related problems and concerns.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE GUIDE:

EDUCATION   :       Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering

LICENSURE      :       Preferably Registered Mechanical/Marine Engineer

EXPERIENCE   :       At least two (2) years of experience preferably in Diesel Power Plant Operations

SKILLS:

• Basic Understanding of the Diesel Power Plant Processes
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Word and MS Excel
