The Engineering Services Director oversees the entire engineering function within the farm, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

This director must have a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience in maintenance operations. They must be able to analyze equipment failures, develop corrective actions, and implement preventive maintenance programs.

The Engineering Services Director is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively coordinate with other teams.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Engineering Services Director must also be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Farm Maintenance Supervisor, now known as the Engineering Services Director, plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the farm.

Key duties and responsibilities include managing and implementing an effective maintenance program of farm equipment, conducting analysis on recurring equipment failures, coordinating with department heads in the implementation and scheduling of farm maintenance works, and analyzing and resolving work problems.
