Job Summary

Iligan Medical Center Hospital is currently recruiting an Operations and Maintenance Associate to support the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and implement procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Document and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and improve communication.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime.

A college graduate with experience in operations, maintenance, or technical roles is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
