Job description

The Front Desk / Cashier assists customers who wish to make purchases for any products offered by Chingu K-Mart (subsidiary). Should be independent and able to assist customers with purchases for a wide range of products. Should be able to provide information, respond to customer inquiries and questions, investigate rate options and availability, and provide details on available options. Assist with booking the reservation of products and provide confirmation details, help with changing or cancelling an existing reservation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management/Hotel and Restaurant Management is an advantage
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, Google, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Should possess professional attitude and work appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
