HR GENERALIST

We are hiring an HR Generalist to manage all key functions of our HR department – from payroll, recruitment, employee records, and compliance to helping build our internal HR systems and policies. This is a hands-on role for someone organized, proactive, and familiar with Philippine labor laws.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle payroll processing and government remittances
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Maintain HR policies, contracts, and compliance documents
• Assist in building HR systems, structures, and SOPs
• Address employee concerns and support engagement efforts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
• 2+ years of HR experience
• Knowledge of payroll and PH labor laws
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
