The IT Site Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for local networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure smooth IT operations on-site.

*QUALIFICATIONS*
College graduate of Information Technology or related course
At least 1-year work-related experience
Strong knowledge of local networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS and basic server administration
Ability to diagnose and resolve IT problems efficiently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
