Job description

The position is required to handle operations support in the branch such as but not limited to the following:
• Coordination with origin and destination for all inbound and outbound cargoes respectively
• Planning, Dispatch and Coordination with truckers for all cargo movements in and out of Iligan
• Oversee transhipment and crossdock operation in the branch
• Handling of customer complaints and inquiries for all inbound and outbound shipments
• Compliance to Operations KPI and submission of required reports
