Job description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers
• Analyze and determine eligibility of medical claims
• Coordinate with providers and specialists in assessing validity of claims
• Inform patients of the result of validation of claimsAnalyze and determine eligibility of medical claims.
• Review documents for completeness and request any missing documents and information to substantiate the claims.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient-care experience for the past 3 years
• Active PHRN and USRN licenses
• Amenable to start the application ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 – Php70,000.00 per month
