RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Place of Assignment: Iligan City

Job Description:

> Assists the RM in achieving restaurant objectives by providing leadership of the restaurant. A coach/leader to the Crew Members in the restaurant.
> Ensures Restaurant administration procedures and Company Policies are followed.
> Knowledgeable on RCMs functions including equipment start-up. Can train people on RCMs functions.
> Exhibits “Extra Mile” behavior and drives for customer-focused behavior in the restaurant.
> Recognizes and motivates RCMs. Facilitates positive and professional relationship between RM, Supervisors and RCMs.
> Provides leadership for responses to in-store emergencies or crises.
> Ensures that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
> Accountable for the inventory of small wares and tools.
> Ensures restaurant compliance to all restaurant safety, security, and good housekeeping and sanitation requirements. >Ensures completeness, accuracy and timeliness of records, manuals, files & logbook.
> Ensures strict compliance of the control measures on utilities and cleaning supplies target.
> Conducts station meetings.

Job Qualifications:
> Male or Female
> Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or any related field.
> Previous experience in Restaurant or in Food Industry is an advantage.
> Communication and leadership skills.
> Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
> Works effectively and efficiently even under pressure.
> Good attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
