JOB REQUIREMENTS

• With attleast 3-6 months years of experience as a Sales Associate.
• Product Knowledge: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering assistance with product selection.
• Merchandising: Maintain a clean and organized display of products, ensure shelves and racks are organized, stocked, and aesthetically pleasing. Assist in implementing store displays, promotional setups, and seasonal changes.
• Cash Handling:
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment securely.
  • Balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift and report any discrepancies.
• Store Maintenance:
  • Ensure the store is clean and tidy, including floors, shelves, and fitting rooms. Follow safety protocols to provide a secure shopping environment.
  • Report maintenance issues as they arise.
