The Sales Coordinator – Iligan Branch is responsible in carrying out Field Sales Programs and other concerns, organize saturation drives, house-to-house campaigns and caravans, coordinate and manage loan consultants, responsible in organizing direct-selling activities and other field initiatives.

  • Location: 2/f Marrieta Tower cor., Echeverri St., Quezon Ave., Iligan City, Lanao del Norte
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire & Permanent
  • Recruitment Process: All Interview will be conducted online.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and manage loan consultants.
  • Maintain record files of sales promos and programs for future reference.
  • Lead saturation drives/caravans and survey clustered areas for possible sales activity.
  • Visit and coordinate in relation to our projects or programs.
  • Enter and update client information in the system.

Other Skills / Competencies Required:

  • Highly organized and very keen on details.
  • Average communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to collect and analyze information, solve problems and make decisions.
  • Proficient in using official company applications like google workforce.
  • Ability to work independently on given tasks and assignments;
  • Average negotiation skills and sources with suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or any related field/or have experiences
  • Minimum of six (6) months or more working experience in the related field.
  • Must possess good customer service qualities.
  • Familiar with loan related details (but not necessarily)
  • Can quickly understand and articulate new technologies and processes
  • Willing to do field work if necessary.
  • Willing to be assigned at our ILIGAN CITY BRANCH (2/f Marrieta Tower cor., Echeverri St., Quezon Ave., Iligan City, Lanao del Norte).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,000.00 – Php14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
