Sales Support Associate
Job description
**Responsibilities**:
– Compiles and update data / information for reports on sales performance, pricing and licenses of Dealers and Customers.
– Responsible to closely monitor monthly Trade Accounts Receivable to avoid and minimize overdue accounts.
– Process claims of dealers and customers.
– Responsible for filing management, records, documentation and retention system.
– Responsible in providing complete monthly sales report to the team.
– Provides administrative function to the Department.
• *Qualifications**:
– Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related courses;
– With work experience in administrative functions, account management, and record keeping;
– Knowledgeable in SAP and Google Workspace.

Schedule:
– 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
– 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
– Iligan City, Lanao del Norte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
