China Bank PH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Head to lead our branch operations team.
Key Accountabilities:
• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all accountable forms.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance branch efficiency.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of business principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• College Graduate with a major in Business or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in branch operations, preferably with a proven track record of achievement.
