Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our post-sales support, client relations, and system implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post-Sales Support: Assist schools in setting up and integrating our school management system.
• Client Relations: Handle client complaints, requests, and provide ongoing support.
• System Monitoring & Development: Track progress, identify bugs, and coordinate with the IT team for debugging.
• Backlog Management: Oversee system development and deployment backlogs.
• Compliance & Documentation: Assist in fulfilling government requirements (e.g., NTC, Data Privacy Act compliance).
• Partnership Coordination: Facilitate collaborations with other companies and organizations.
• Travel: Occasional travel required for work-related activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of IT systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ChatGPT.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
