The Shift Supervisor ensures the efficient and safe operation of the power plant by implementing processes and controls. They oversee daily operations, manage manpower, and monitor equipment performance. Any issues or concerns are promptly reported to middle or upper management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
• With 3-4 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a coal-based CFB power plant
• Willing to be assigned in Iligan City
