Job description
Responsibilities:
• Ensure to achieve daily sales targets.
• Implements store plans and programs based on a timeline.
• Proper execution of LSM programs and other sales-generating activities.
• Prepares and submits store reports based on specified requirements.
• Co-facilitates general monthly meetings with or on of immediate superior.
• Assures compliance and proper dissemination of important operational-related information to subordinates.
• Prepares appropriate documentation and implements proper coordination during Store Closure and renovation.
• Ensures immediate cascade and application in the work setting of the attended training program.
• Monitor and ensure Food safety and Cleanliness of the store
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or equivalent
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in Food Retail or QSR
• With Leadership Skills
• Excellent Communications Skills
• Knowledgeable in MS office application
• Must be willing to handle multiple branch or store
• Must be willing to be assigned in Iligan.
