Description:

• Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace.
• Ensure proper approval for customer discount, returns and exchanges while providing customer satisfaction and positive interaction with the company.
• Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
• Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
• Motivating employees to achieve targets.
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Management, Marketing or any related Business Course.
• With at least 1-3 years proven experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Exceptional leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
