Job Description:
Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace.
Ensure proper approval for customer discount, returns and exchanges while providing customer satisfaction and positive interaction with the company.
Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
Motivating employees to achieve targets.

Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
