WHAT YOU WILL DO

This position is responsible for managing the physical distribution and dispatch operations of the assigned plant to provide the necessary logistics support to production and sales operations. The position is responsible for ensuring that the products reach the market at the right quality and quantity, and the least cost. This position closely collaborates with the Sales and Operations teams in the plant/area to ensure that the supply chain operates smoothly and customer needs are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• College Graduate: Degree in Management or Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least five (5) years of experience in the field of Logistics operations, preferably in a similar role, in the food & beverage industry, two (2) years of which in a managerial capacity.
• Expertise in site logistics operations and transport management.
• With experience in dispatch operations, fleet management, and distribution cost management.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
• 13th month salary
